Movement of all types of transport at approaches to the Patona Bridge will be temporarily closed from November 10 till November 20 in connection with construction of a breast wall during reconstruction of the interchange at the intersection of Dniprovska embankment and Vozzednanya Avenue:
As press service of Kyiv City State Administration informs, restriction concerns right turning exit from Rusanivska embankment to the Patona Bridge. Traffic will be organized along Enthusiasts, Maryny Raskovoi and Plekhanova streets with movement to Vozzednanya Avenue.
Traffic on right turning exit from the Patona Bridge to Dniprovska embankment up to Pavla Tychyny Street is also closed. Movement of transport is organized along Vozzednanya Avenue, with exit to Bereznyakivska Street along Tychyny Street with exit to Dniprovska embankment.
Besides, traffic will be forbidden in Serafimovicha Street from Amvrosia Bychmy Street up to Dniprovska embankment in both directions. Movement of transport in both directions will be organized along Amvrosia Bychmy, Tychyny streets and Dniprovska embankment.
As "Druha Smuha" has already written, final stage of reconstruction of the interchange is being conducted now. Builders are working almost in round-the-clock mode to minimize temporary inconveniences connected with restriction of traffic. The tunnel has been completely constructed; finishing work is being conducted now in it and water-drains have been installed.
Reconstruction of the interchange will allow eliminating traffic lights and organizing movement, so that transport streams did not cross. Thus, carrying capacity will be increased by 1,5 times. According to the project, experts of "Kyivautodor" public utility are going to finish all works up to the end of November.
